Due to the intimate nature of our products, we offer a 30-day return policy only for items that remain in their original, vacuum-sealed hygienic packaging. For health and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on any products where the security seal has been broken or the item has been worn.
Verify Eligibility
Ensure your item is unused, in its original condition, and that the factory hygiene seal remains completely intact and untampered with.
Request Authorization
Contact our support team with your order number to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and the secure return shipping address.
Package Securely
Place the item in its original box and use an outer shipping carton to prevent damage during transit; clearly mark the RMA number on the outside.
Inspection and Refund
Once our warehouse confirms the hygiene seal is intact, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
